Escape from Monkey Island remastered by a fan

A fan working under the name Boingus has released an unofficial remaster of Escape from Monkey Island. Five years in the making, it upscales the game’s visuals, building on tools such as ScummVM and Quick And Easy Software. Windows only for now.

A full playthrough with no commentary is due over the coming weeks.

He announced it on Reddit, where you can find the download and full install instructions. You’ll still need your own copy of the original game to use it.
