Do I have to play the whole game to get to the Monkey Island crossover?
No, you can access it directly by using the Quest Table on your ship and selecting the Tall Tale tab. There, you will find all the Tall Tales. After choosing The Legend of Monkey Island campaign you can sail or dive to it. Diving will take you to a new server instantly, but you will lose any treasure on your ship.
